Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) combines safe, stable housing with supportive services to help individuals and families facing chronic homelessness and disabilities build long‑term stability, allowing residents to focus on their health, employment, family connections, and community involvement.

PSH Racine is currently supporting 16 of 18 households, while Veterans Gardens in Milwaukee is nearly at full capacity, serving 59 people and housing 29 families. This proven model reduces returns to homelessness, strengthens the community by easing pressure on emergency systems, and connects residents to vital income resources, including employment, while also supporting nine survivors of domestic abuse.

Each success story reflects renewed dignity and hope, like the young mother who recently secured her own housing with the help of a CVI Case Manager, reminding us why we never give up on anyone. We are grateful for the partners, staff, and supporters who make these life‑changing outcomes possible and help us provide the very best for the veterans and families we serve.
