Job Purpose

The overall purpose of the Clinical Case Manager is to provide comprehensive case management services to veterans who are accepted into the Grant & Per Diem program.  These services include home and community visits in the Milwaukee area. These services are designed to help the veteran return to a stable and meaningful life within society.

Job Purpose

The overall purpose of the Child/Parenting Specialist is to provide trauma-informed, evidence-based, client-centered parenting interventions to participants enrolled in the TIP Program. They will support the parents and children in keeping families together in a safe and healthy environment.

The overall purpose of the THP/TIP Administrative Assistant is to support the Transition in Place (TIP) and Grant & per Diem programs in an administrative and programmatic role as well as support the VP of Housing and Development. The incumbent is responsible to help ensure the effective and efficient operation of the TIP & GPD programs and need an extraordinary attention to detail.

Job Purpose

The focus of the Food Service Assistant is to assist with the planning, organizing, managing, and coordinating the day-to-day activities of the Food Service Operations on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.  The incumbent will also prepare and serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner at VETS Place Central as well as prepare the meals for the other Transitional Housing locations.

The overall purpose of the Case Manager is to provide comprehensive case management, financial counseling, and assistance to prevent veterans and their families from becoming homeless.

Job Purpose

The overall purpose of the Coordinated Entry/Intake Specialist is to coordinate the intake and referral process for the Supportive Services for Veteran’s Families (SSVF) program and to conduct follow-up to ensure that housing is being maintained. The incumbent will also coordinate the intake and referral process for the Veteran’s Registry. They will ensure that services are coordinated in such a way as to meet the greatest needs of the client first and in all areas for which the individual qualifies.
