Anger Management Challenges
Anger may be justified, but what we do with it is sometimes problematic. Wrongly expressed, anger typically “makes things worse.” Anger expressed as violence can be deadly. Anger turned inward may manifest itself as depression or suicide. On the other hand, anger that is “managed” may be effective in correcting offensive or dysfunctional behavior. Becoming the master of your own anger is possible, but you may need help learning some key anger management skills. CVI’s counseling staff can help you.
